November 4, 1931 - August 27, 2014 Resided in Downey, CA James Randle Allen, age 82, of Downey, California passed away Wednesday, August 27, 2014. He proudly served the United States in the Air Force and was a Korean War Veteran. James was a Mason since 1959 and most recently has been a member of Downey United Lodge #220. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Laurie Ann Allen. James is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Donna Allen; sons, John Allen and wife, Janice, and Walter Allen; grandchildren, Preston and wife, Ashley, Ashley, Andrew, James and Wyatt; great-granddaughter, Haley. Graveside service 2 pm Saturday, September 6, 2014 in Allen Cemetery with Rev. Dallas Moore officiating. The family will receive friends at 1 pm Saturday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
