Cooper, age 77 of White House, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2011. Mr. Cooper was born February 27, 1934 in Sevier County to the late Julis and Rachel Franklin Cooper. He was a retired factory worker and of the Methodist faith. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Julis Cooper, Jr., and Pink Cooper; sisters, Ticie Cooper, Dollie Adams, Maude Yates, Hettie Hatcher, Bonnie Flynn and Mildred Watson. Mr. Cooper is survived by his sister, Susann (Wilbur) French of Knoxville and a host of nieces and nephews.
