Catherine was born November 20, 1930 to James and Pauline (Kidd) Abbott. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, and sewing. Surviving are her children: Judy (David) Rose, Alice (Rick) Wheeler, Jeanne (Paul) Potvin, and Harvey McCulley, Jr.; grandchildren: Catherine (Terry) Hodges, William Rose, Jeremy (Terra) Wheeler, Stephany Wheeler, Lee Wheeler, and Sabrina (Mark) Glassfetter; 22 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren; brother: Frank Abbott and Ernest (Geraldine) Abbott; special sister, Pauline; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harvey McCulley, Sr.; sister, Nina Hatcher; brothers: Bates Abbott, Allen Abbott, Art Abbott, JD Abbott, Skip Abbott, and Clyde Abbott; and grandson, Bobby Huber. Funeral service 12 PM Saturday in the Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Clyde Abbott, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Abbott Cemetery.
