Martha "Jane" Maples Wilson, 82, of Sevierville passed away June 28, 2002 at Hillcrest North Nursing Home in Knoxville. Jane was preceded in death by her husband Jesse L. Wilson; son, Luther J. Wilson; parents, Decater and Dellie Ogle Maples; son-in-law, Herman E. Morgan, Sr. Mrs. Wilson is survived by her daughters, Gladys Morgan of Pigeon Forge, Bernice Shultz and husband Earl of Sevierville; sons, Dewey Wilson and wife Zelma of Pigeon Forge, Eugene Wilson and wife Ethel Mae of Sevierville; 10 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; brothers, Fred Decater Maples, Jr. of Sevierville and Charles E. Maples of Gatlinburg. Service will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 2 at Rawlings Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ronald Reagan and Rev. Dee King officiating. Interment will follow the service at Shiloh Cemetery in Pigeon Forge. The family will receive friends from 7-9:00 p.m. Monday, July 1 at Rawlings Funeral Home. Tim Shultz, Timothy Shultz, James Shultz, J.R. Morgan, Chris Wilson and Joey Gossett are honored to have been chosen as pallbearers for Jane. The family would like to extend a thank you to the staff and nurses of Hillcrest North Nursing Home for the kindness and care that they provided for Jane.
