Dooley officiated. Their family includes daughter and son-in-law Brenda and Robert Freel, of Maryville. They have two grandchildren, Valerie (Freel) Shipwash,, of Louisville, and Michael Freel, of Maryville, and one great-grandson, David Shipwash, of Louisville. Mr. Reed retired from Bendix Corporation, South Bend, Ind., in June 1982. Mrs. Reed retired from Indiana Bell Telephone Company, South Bend, Ind., also in June 1982. They attend and are members of Piney Level Baptist Church, Maryville. Mr. Reed is a member of Rockford Masonic Lodge #469.
