Survivors include: son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Pat Hembree of Maryville; daughter-in-law, Carolyn Finchum Hembree of Townsend; seven grandchildren, Jama Hembree Conner, Michael Hembree, Martha Hembree Cox, Valerie Hembree Polk, Lauren Hembree, Randy Reno, Rhonda Walker; four great-grandchildren, Amanda and Andrew Palmer, Brandon Reno, Nicholas Walker; uncle and aunt, Otis and Marjorie Shelton of Maryville. Funeral service will be at 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 11, 2002 in the West Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Rev. Kenneth Sullivan and Rev. Danny Buchanan officiating. Interment will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 12, 2002 at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
