Zelpha Ellen “Tiny” Reagan West age 98 of Maryville departed this life at home Saturday, March 6, 2010 to join her Heavenly Father and those preceding her in death: husband, Winfred K. West of Blount Electric Company, and brothers, Neubert Reagan and Ralph Reagan. She was a homemaker and a long-time, faithful member of First United Methodist Church of Alcoa. Tiny participated in many Christian women’s groups, the Naomi Circle, and the Bill Bailey Sunday School Class. Survivors include her son, L. Elwood West of Lexington, KY; son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Diane West of Pikeville, KY; grandson, William T.K. West of Knoxville; great granddaughter, Jessica Rachel West of Knoxville; sister, Zola Huff of Maryville; brother and sister-in-law, Paul and Roberta Reagan; a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members; caregivers, DeAnna Moses, Doris White, Debbie Hunt, Cindy Whitehead, Melanie Roberts, and Elaine Baker. Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 8, 2010 in the Smith Trinity Chapel with Rev. Joe Green officiating. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Monday at Smith Funeral & Cremation Service, 983-1000.
