She was preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and Maude Raines; brothers, Kenneth, J.C. and Charlie Raines. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Darlene Raines, of Newport; daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Stephen Sitar, of Westlake, Ohio; daughter, JoAnn Woods, of North Carolina; brothers, Clealon Holt, of Newport, Randall Holt, of Newport, Hugh Shelton, of LaPace, Louisiana, and Jerry McCurry, of Newport; sister, Louise Bryant, of Newport; grandchildren, Jeffrey Lane and Robbie Raines, both of Newport, granddaughter and her husband, Angela and Michael Henderson, of Newport; great-grandchildren, Bryan Henderson and Matthew Henderson, both of Newport; and a host of nieces and nephews. The funeral will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J.D. Sisk and Rev. Ed Frazier officiating, with entombment in Resthaven Memorial Mausoleum.
