Jerry (Geraldine) Fox McCarter, born March 10, 1932 was released from her earthly bonds January 7, 2004 after a valiant fight with cancer.
She was a beloved wife, flawless mother, avid gardener, loyal Braves fan, member of Banner Baptist Church and devoted to her faith in countless ways. All who were graced by her presence returned her boundless love.
Preceded in death by her parents, Bedia and Charles Fox; brothers-in-law, Elder McCarter, Fred McCarter and Harmon McCarter and grandson, Jared Tenney.
Survived by loving husband: Marvin McCarter
Sons and daughters-in-law: Curt (Pete) and Melanie McCarter, Dwight and Susie McCarter, Kevin and Lisa McCarter and David McCarter
Daughters and sons-in-law: Karen and Barry Jinks, Leslie and Pat Tenney
