Jimmy Ray Huff, 68, of Jones Cove, died Sunday, April 7, 2002. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Huff retired in 1995 from Detroit Gasket in Newport, Tenn. His parents were Roy and Ora Huff. He is survived by his wife, Coleene Huff; daughter, Tammie Ellis; daughter and son-in-law, Renea and Roy Barnes, all of Jones Cove; sisters and brothers-in-law, Katie and Wiley Morgan of Newport, Maudella and Cecil Rolen of Virginia; Virginia and Ron Whaley of North Carolina; brothers and sisters-in-law, George and Lucy Huff of Cosby, and Danny and Alice Huff of Illinois; four grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. The funeral is 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2002 at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with burial at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2002 in Huff Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral. Manes Funeral Home in charge.

Jimmy Ray Huff, age 68, of Jones Cove, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2002.
He was of the Baptist faith.
He retired in 1995 from Detroit Gasket, Newport, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Ora Huff.
He is survived by his wife, Coleene Huff; daughter, Tammie Ellis; daughter and son-in-law, Renea and Roy Barnes, all of Jones Cove; granddaughter and her husband, Jennifer and Jacob Fortenberry, of Sevierville; grandchildren: Eric McCarter, Travis and Felicia Barnes, all of Jones Cove; great-granddaughter, Hailey Fortenberry, of Sevierville; sisters and brothers-in-law: Katie and Wiley Morgan, of Newport; Maudella and Cecil Rolen, of Virginia; Virginia and Ron Whaley, of North Carolina; brothers and sisters-in-law: George and Lucy Huff, of Cosby; Danny and Alice Huff, of Illinois.
He also leaves behind many other relatives and friends.
The funeral will be held at 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2002 at Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. David Newman officiating, with burial 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 10, 2002 in Huff Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Tuesday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral.
