WILLIFORD, BETTY BRANAM - age 71 of Pittman Center, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2000. She was a member of Hills Creek Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Grace Price Branam; daughter, Marcia Lea Williford; granddaughter, Candy Liane White; brothers, Eddie and Bruce Branam. Survivors: husband, of 50 years, Herbert Williford; daughters and sons in law, Lisa and James White, Rosemary and Jeff Nichols; grandchildren, Lee and Sissy White, Zakk and Cory Nichols; sister, Joyce Blalock; sisters in law, Frances Johnson and husband, Enos, Sidney Scarlet, Ann McAnnally; brothers in law, Fred Williford and wife, Betty, Tom Williford and wife, Lois; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service 7 p.m. Thursdayin the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Jim White and Rev. Brian Huff officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hills Creek Baptist Church Building Fund. Family and friends will meet 1 p.m. Friday at Tudor Cemetery for interment. The family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Thursday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
