ROBERTS, CURTIS BRADFORD (C.B.) - born April 29, 1928, of Knoxville, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2008 at Asbury Place of Maryville. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict. Curtis was preceded in death by his son, Dennis Bradford Roberts; granddaughter, Erin Melissa O'Bryant; parents, Columbus Bradford and Sally Greene Roberts; brothers, Omer, Orville, Charley and Arthur Greene; sisters, Verna Moon, Catherine Slover and Faye Ownby. Survivors: wife, Lois Roberts; sons and daughter-in-laws, Steven and Cathy Roberts, Alan Curtis Roberts all of Knoxville, Dr. Michael and Michele Roberts of Cocoa, Fl.; daughter and son-in-law, Denise and Rick O'Bryant of Seymour; grandchildren, Jason, Wendy, Dynessa, Connor, Jackson Roberts and special granddaughter Kimberly O'Bryant; sister, Fern Catlett Kerr; several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at Highland South Park Memorial Chapel with the funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Mike Napier and Rev. Bill Bennett officiating. Interment will follow at Highland South Memorial Park.
