Lloyd Park, 85, of Del Rio, died Wednesday, September 16, at Mariner Health after a lengthy illness.
Survivors include his wife, Gladys Park, of Del Rio; sons, Alfred Parks of Broomfield, Colorado, Ivan Luther Parks of Parrottville, and Clyde Ray Parks and R.C. Parks, both of Newport; daughter, Lucille Shelton of Newport; stepson, John Copp of Los Angeles, California; stepdaughter, Kathryn McGowan of Greeneville; brother, Glen Bascomb Parks of Parrottsville; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; step-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 19, at the Manes Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Joe Harricharan and Rev. Bryon Chambers officiating. Interment will be in Strongsville, Ohio.
The family will receive friends 12 noon until 2 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
Manes Funeral Home is in charge.
