He was preceded in death by his wife Louise McKay Oakley; father Talmadge Oakley; mother Emmie Tinker Oakley; brother David (Dee) Oakley; half-sister Eunice Ogle Whaley; sisters-in-law Julia (Judy) Oakley and Shirley McKay. Survivors: Son: Randall Oakley Daughter and son-in-law: Tanya Oakley Stinson and husband Lindsey Granddaughter: Sydney Morgan Stinson Brothers: Gene Oakley and wife Nadine, H.L.
