Sanders Parkwest Hospital, in Knoxville. She attended the First Church of the Nazarene. She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Vinson; grandson, Shaun Christopher Vinson; brothers, Arvine, Ben and Albert Watts; and sister, Beulah Teague. She is survived by her son, Chris Vinson; son and daughter-in-law, Luther and Trudy Vinson; daughter and son-in-law, Jeanette and Glynn (Bud) Hance; daughter, Linda Owenby, all of Newport; sisters, Maudella Russell, Jessie Mae Russell, and Dora Lane; sisters and brothers-in-law, Amelia and Joe Metcalf; Evelyn and Herman Trentham, all of Newport; Wanda and Claude Snapp, of Georgia; Lillian and Jack Taylor, of Virginia; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The funeral will be held 2 p.m., Tuesday, at Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Harold Miller and Justin (Big Foot) Vinson officiating, with burial in Union Cemetery.
