Steve is survived by his mother and stepfather, Carol and Robert Welch of Maryville. Funeral services will be 8 p.m. Friday, April 12, 2013, at Memorial Funeral Home with Elder Lawrence Adams and Elder Daniel Brantley officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:15 a.m. Saturday, April 13, at the funeral home to proceed to Brantley’s Chapel Church Cemetery for an 11 a.m. graveside service.
