He was the son of the late Y.J. and Mildred Strickler Hall. He attended Newport Grammar and graduated from Cocke County High Class of 1955. He had resided at Daytona Beach Shores for the last eighteen years, after retiring from Sears as manager of the store. Mr. Hall survivors include his brother, Arthur Jay Hall, of Newport; sisters, Carol Sue Hall Welch (Robert), of Maryville, Marilyn Hall Cassick (Bob), of Johnstown, Pa., and Frances Hall Ganatt (Harold), of Ft. Pierce, Fla.; several nephews, one niece, and cousins; uncle, Frank Strickler (Bernice). A memorial service will be announced at a later date in Newport. Our brother will be greatly missed.
