(February 21, 1932 - March 10, 2013) Fred Alfred Stepp, age 81, of Parrottsville, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2013 at the Life Care Center of Greeneville. He attended Central Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mack and Zollie Stepp; and brother, James Stepp. He is survived by his sisters, and brothers-in-law, Rena and Kenny McEntyre of Ohio, Sarah and Bob Smith of Parma, Ohio; sister-in-law, Shirley Stepp of Parrottsville; nephews, Joseph and Robert Smith of Ohio; great-nephew, Taylor Smith of Ohio; great-nieces, Rebecca and Rachael Smith; special friend Amanda Reagan, and other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm Tuesday, March 12, 2013 in Manes Funeral Home West Chapel. Burial will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, March 13, 2013 in Forest Hill Cemetery.
