Hi David,
Just wanted to tell you that Ann Denton is in no way connected to or associated with the William Towne that married Joanna Blessing and came to America. Richard and Ann did have a son William but that William stayed in England, married, had children and property near Braceby, which I again visited for the 4th or 5th time last October. The old parish register of the St. Nicholas Church in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, states that: "William Towne, baptised 18th March 1598/99, son of John and Elizabeth." It bothers me greatly to keep seeing this falsehood published on the Internet over and over again.
