(McGill) Brown, of Maryville, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Aug. 18. The couple were married Aug. 18, 1952. Their family includes children Allen Brown, of Maryville, Pam Talbott, of Maryville, and the late Connie Overholt. They have six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Mr. Brown is retired from the Knoxville News Sentinel. Mrs. Brown is employed at Regions Bank. They attend Victory Baptist Church.
