Gibson/Duncan engagement Gary and Sheila Gibson announce the engagement of their daughter, Lori Allison Gibson, to Heath Adam Duncan, son of Ray and Theresa Duncan of Knoxville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Rosie Tarwater of Sevierville and the late Levi Tarwater Jr., and Jake and Mary Lou Gibson of Sevierville. She is a 2005 graduate of Sevier County High School and a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a B.S. (2010) and M.S. (2012) in Biosystems Engineering. She is employed by University of Tennessee Extension. The prospective groom is the grandson of Tracy and Barbara Mizelle of St. Marys, Ga., and Roy and Kathy Duncan of Albany, Ga. He is a 2006 graduate of Bearden High School and a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a B.S. (2010) and M.S. (2012) in Biosystems Engineering. He is employed by Fulghum, MacIndoe, & Associates. The wedding will take place at 6 p.m on Aug. 31 at Twin Cedar Farm in Rockford, Tenn.
