The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of the late Carrol Phillips, the late Mary Phillips, the late Ted Cantrell, and Betty Jo Ray. He is a 2005 graduate of Gatlinburg-Pittman High School and is employed by the City of Gatlinburg. The wedding will take place at 1:00 p.m., April 20, 2013, at Caney Creek Cabins in Pigeon Forge. All friends and relatives are invited.
