Invitations have been sent. The future bride is the granddaughter of Phyllis Payne, of Maryville, and the late James Payne. She is the great-granddaughter of Mable Keller Brown, of Alcoa. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Don and Fran Penner, of Danville, Calif., and Irv and Cathy Fisch, of Walnut Creek, Calif. The bride-to-be is a 2012 graduate of the University of Tennessee in communication studies with a political science minor. The bridegroom-to-be is a 2012 graduate of the University of Tennessee in advertising with a business minor. He is employed at Charles Schwab in Scottsdale, Ariz.
