They have two grandchildren, Meredith and Anne-Katherine, of Johnson City. Mr. Tallent is retired from U.S. Airways. Mrs. Tallent has been employed at First Baptist Alcoa as the pastor’s assistant for 42 years. They are active members at First Baptist Alcoa.
