Lambert-Wenger engagement
Christa LeAnn Lambert, daughter of Michael and Teresa Lambert, of Maryville, is engaged to marry Joshua Ray Wenger, son of Nelson and Michelle Wenger, of Shippensburg, Pa., at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 16, prelude beginning at 6 p.m., at Madison Avenue Baptist Church, Maryville. Friends and relatives are invited to attend the ceremony. Invitations have been sent for the reception.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Buddy and Lillian Lambert, of Alcoa, Ronald Carroll, of Maryville, and the late Barbara Carroll.
The future bridegroom is the grandson of Sam and Helen Wenger, of Shippensburg, Pa., and Garner and Fay Yates, of Chambersburg, Pa.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Belmont University. She is a music education teacher, interim, with Blount County Schools.
The bridegroom-to-be is a graduate of Belmont University. He is a music education teacher at Lake Forest Middle School, Cleveland.
