Friends and relatives are invited to attend. The future bride is the granddaughter of Ezzie Garner, of Seymour, the late Howard Garner, Gerldine Floyd, of Sevierville, and the late Carl Floyd. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Vendeda Tulloch, of Maryville, the late Robert Tulloch, and the late Carson Elmer and Jettie Caldwell. The bride-to-be is a 1997 graduate of Seymour High School and a graduate of Walters State Community College. She is employed as a mail carrier by the United States Postal Service. The bridegroom-to-be is a 1999 graduate of Heritage High School and a graduate of the University of Tennessee. He employed as a mechanical engineer by Agile Engineering.
