Pattersons’ 50th Nathan M. and Carol (Yearout) Patterson, of Maryville, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a two-week trip to Florida. The couple, who met at Everett High School, were married April 15, 1961, at Grandview Baptist Church, Maryville. The Rev. Robert Peek officiated. Their family includes daughter Natalie and husband Michael Mohr, of Knoxville. They have one grandson, Conner. Mr. Patterson is retired. He is former personnel director at Shelby Williams Industries of Morristown. Mrs. Patterson is retired as bookkeeper at ALPS — Alzheimer’s Day Care Center, Morristown. She is a homemaker. The Pattersons are members of Grandview Baptist Church and enjoy spending time with their family and 2-year-old grandson. Mr. Patterson is a member of the Blount British Car Club and vice president of Davis Acres Homeowners Association.
