Notes:

John Alexander McCulloch was a physician in Maryville. His will written 12
August 1915, bequeathed all property to his wife Grace Whit McCulloch, she to
have powers of disposition for her maintenance or for the care and education of
the children; at her death the remaining property to be divided between the two
children, John Max and Dorothy McCulloch; he also requested his wife to assist
"my brothers and sisters in looking after the welfare of my mother Hettie C.
McCulloch." Executrix: Grace White McCulloch. Witnesses: William Wine, W.
P. Seaton.
