My mother told me when I was born, Dr. Thomas' wife Eva used to come with him to help deliver babys. We had no money so my mother would give eggs and what ever she had to pay the doctor. Dr. Thomas told my mother if you name this baby girl after his wife Eva its free. The name Jessie comes from my dad's sister."
