Bridget Brown

Notes:

Benjamin Harwood's widow Bridget removed with her children to Bennington,
Vermont in June 1761; was in the first company of settlers in Bennington,
Vermont. Mrs. Harwood and the other ladies rode on horseback, also brought
their effects on horeseback, and came by the guidance of marked trees.
