| 1. | John Hills Ownby was born 29 Apr 1852; died 16 Oct 1865, , Reynolds, Missouri. Notes:
Family tradition says "he was crippled, but walked with crutches...he was with
his sisters picking berries when one of them pulled a vine aside and discovered
a black panther under it. They quitely turned away and urged John to move off,
but he was unable to run. He was buried in an unmarked grave in the Radford
family cemetery."
