    The Dutch record for Georg Frederik Geldmacher indicates he was born 1765 and died 4 July 1829 in Kolumerland, Netherlands marrying in Holwerd, Friesland, Netherlands. From what I can tell, Geldmacher is the German spelling of the name and Geldmaker is the Dutch. Later generations took the Dutch spelling. Thus, a German ancestry is suggested. The Dutch record does not suggest the place of birth. The German record does not indicate the place of death nor are there any other records found after birth of Georg Friedrich Geldmacher. Thus no records disprove this connection. However, immigration or emmigration records are needed.
