    Notes:

    Rev. Hiram J. Macomber graduated at Hillside College, Michigan, in 1863 and
    taught school several years. He was ordained as a Congregational minister at
    Stulberg, Nebraska 31 October 1887 and preached for a number of years. He was
    a man of character and ability.
