1. | Daniel Townsend, III was born 1759 (son of Daniel Townsend, Jr. and Susannah Winborn); died 1842. Notes:
Daniel Townsend owned the Bleak Hall Plantation which was passed from
generation to generation for 150 years. It was developed to be one of the most
productive coton plantations on the Carolina coast.
Daniel Townsend was a colonel in the army.
