OGLE, PEARL TRENTHAM - age 92, of Gatlinburg, died Sunday, October 1, 2000, at Sevier County Health Care Center. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Gatlinburg, and was in business in Gatlinburg for over 70 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie E. Ogle; son, Roy C. Ogle; son-in-law, Neal Watson, and grandson, Chuck McCarter.
Survivors: daughters and son-in-law, Wanda Ogle Watson and Virginia Lois and Ted McCarter; son and daughter-in-law, James Von and Marjorie Ogle; daughter-in-law, Anna Lou Ogle; grandchildren, Steven Watson, Mark Ogle, Jay Ogle, Judy McCarter, Linda Slone, Rocky Ogle, and Angie Slusher; six great-grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren. Funeral service 7 p.m. Tuesday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Melvin Carr officiating. Interment 10 a.m. Wednesday in Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.

Pearl Trentham Ogle, 92, of Gatlinburg, died Sunday, Oct. 1, 2000 at Fort Sanders Sevier Medical Center.
She was a member of First Baptist Church of Gatlinburg and was in business in Gatlinburg for over 70 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie E. Ogle; son, Roy C. Ogle; and grandson, Chuck McCarter.
Survivors include daughters and son-in-law, Wanda Ogle Watson, Virginia Lois and Ted McCarter; son and daughter-in-law, James Von and Marjorie Ogle; daughter-in-law, Anna Lou Ogle; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and three step great grandchildren.
Funeral service is 7 p.m. Tuesday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with the Rev. Melvin Carr officiating. Interment is 10 a.m. Wednesday in Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Atchley Funeral Home.
