  [S4] Knoxville News-Sentinel (Tennessee), 13 Nov 2013. BURKHART, DAVID GLENN (BUCKETHEAD) - left his earthly body on November 8, 2013, to go ride with the Forever Chapter. He graduated in 1979 from South Young High School and lived in the area his entire life. He was a member of the 4-Way In No Way Out Motorcycle Club and was held in high standing with that organization. Although he will be missed greatly by many, his loss will be felt greatest by his son, David "Dane" Burkhart; and his "partners-in-crime", Brenda, Luke, and Sarah Taylor. Services will be held at Hillcrest United Methodist Church on Wednesday, November 13th, at 5:30 p.m. for visitation with a short service at 6:30 p.m.
