Angela Gail Jones, age 48, of Knoxville passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015. She worked for the University of Tennessee. Angela's daughter, Jaylah meant the world to her. She cared for her own mother, Flora Mae, with devotion and patience. Her laughter and love will be missed immensely.
She was preceded in death by her fiancé, Willie; father, Jay Herald Baker; sister-in-law, Sharon Baker; and aunt, Ada Baker.
Angela is survived by her daughter, Jaylah Gail Daily; mother, Flora Mae Baker; brothers, William (Rena Wilson) Baker, Tim Baker and wife, Teresa Baker, and Michael Baker; and uncles, Herman "Jaylah's Papaw" Graves and his wife, Virginia Graves, Hubert Baker and wife, Barbara, Ralph Baker and wife, Edna, Billy Baker, and Glenn Brewer and wife, Wilma.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Atchley Funeral Home to benefit the family.
The family will receive friends from 4 PM to 6 PM Monday with the memorial service to follow at 6 PM in Atchley's Seymour Chapel, 122 Peacock Court, Seymour, TN. Online condolences may be made at www.atchleyfuneralhome.com
