Mr. Caldwell was a graduate of Young High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and had lived in Louisiana since 1953. Preceded in death by his first wife, Roma Caldwell parents, Earl and Iva Caldwell and two sisters, Helen Reed and Dorothy Broom. Survivors include his wife of 3 years, Sharon Caldwell of Shreveport son Steve Caldwell and wife Theresa of Shreveport step-daughter Jamie Dromgoole of Bossier City 2 sisters, Ernestine Reed and Pauline Creswell of Knoxville 2 brothers, Gene of Knoxville and David of Hendersonville, TN and 5 grandchildren.
