Junior retired after 31 years from Oak Ridge where he was a machinist and was a Blount County school bus driver/owner for 30 plus years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Ellen Pickens. He is survived by his daughter Jenny Pickens and son Joel Pickens both of California; and personal friends and neighbor, brothers, Bobby and Lynn Collins and Pastor C.M Titlow. A graveside and interment service will be held10:00am at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery on Tuesday, March 31, 2015, Pastor C.M Titlow officiating .
