WATSON, OLIN, 75, of Gatlinburg, Tenn., formerly of St. Petersburg, died Thursday (Jan. 14, 1988). Born in Sevier County, Tenn., he came here in 1958 from Gatlinburg. He was the owner of a new and used appliance company, a member of Azalea Baptist Church and the Pinellas Park Rotary Club. He was a member and deacon emeritus of First Baptist Church, Pigeon Forge, Tenn., where he taught Sunday school for many years. He was a Gideon with the Sevier County Camp, past president of the Pigeon Forge Rotary Club and a Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary International. He was a recipient of the J.P. Barnes Community Service Award. Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Mamie; two daughters, Elizabeth Fox, Sevierville, and Christine Perry, St. Petersburg; his stepmother, Josie Watson, Gatlinburg; two brothers, Clell, Gatlinburg, and Hugh, Greenback, Tenn.; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
