KARNES , TRACY JOANN age 54 went to her Heavenly home Sunday night July 28, at 11:45 P.M. in Greeneville, TN. Preceded in death by her grandparents, J. Fred and Alma Karnes and Bruce and Anna Bell Houser; brother and sister, William Michael and Catherine Rhea Karnes . Survived by her loving parents, Bill and JoElla Karnes ; sister and brother-in-law, Pam and Carl Keck; niece , Missy Keck; also her extended family at Greene Valley Development Center who cared for her since age 8. The family extends loving gratitude to each person who cared for her in every way. We are thankful she was so loved and happy there. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Volunteer Services Fund for Rosewood Cottage, Greene Valley Developmental Center, P.O. Box 910 6640 Greeneville, TN 37744. The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 31, 2013 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Highland South Funeral Home.
