He attended Victory Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthell Moore; grandparents, Charlie and Beulah Moore and Newton and Lena Smith. He is survived by his mother, Thelma Moore of Newport; brothers and sisters-in-law, Warren and Penny Moore of Haymarket, VA, and Carroll and Susie Moore of Del Rio; sisters and brother-in-law, Marlene Smith and fiancé Billy Joe Schultz of Athens, TN, Janie and Bert Mullen of Newport; nephews, Kevin (Janet) Moore and Aaron Moore; nieces, Ashley (Jonas) Clevenger, Kelley (Shannon) Moore, Hannah and Emma Mullen; great-nephews, Grant and David Moore; great nieces, Cambree Clevenger, Julia and Lilly Moore; special friend, Vera Presnell; and a host of other special family and Wal-Mart friends. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, February 18, 2012 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Doug Messer officiating. Burial will follow in Mulberry Gap Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm Saturday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral services.
