Betty Sue Wilson Lawson, age 69, of Friendsville, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2011 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Bobby Lawson; children and spouses, Donald and Christa Shepherd of Warner Robbins, Georgia, Steve Shepherd of Kershaw, South Carolina, Mark and Nicole Shepherd of Huntington, Indiana, Elizabeth and Stacey Dixon of Camden, South Carolina, Leonard and Lisa Shepherd of Maryville, Benjamin and Tracie Shepherd of Roseville, Michigan, and Nolan and Jennifer Shepherd of Maryville; grandchildren, Anthony, Teneka, Rachel, Alan, Cody, Dillon, Nathan, Brooke, Alicia, Katelen, Chase, Paige, Samuel, Hunter, and Carson; great-granddaughter, Brynn; siblings, Rosie Lambert of Maryville, Earnest Wilson of Maryville, Grace Smith of Toledo, Ohio, James Wilson of Maryville, and Charles Wilson of Maryville; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 PM Sunday, June 26, 2011 at Miller Funeral Home, Magnolia Chapel, with Rev. Willard Willis officiating. The interment will be held at 3:00 PM Monday at Laurel Bank Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
