Stanley Dale Felty November 12, 1963 - March 15, 2010 Birthplace: Blount County, TN Resided In: Maryville TN USA Visitation: March 19, 2010 Service: March 19, 2010 Cemetery: Salem Baptist Cemetery Stanley Dale Felty, 46, born November 12, 1963, was taken home by his Lord and Savior on Monday, March 15, 2010, to be a very special angel in His Kingdom. A 1985 graduate of William Blount High School, he had been employed at the Airport Hilton since 1986. He had been awarded employee of the month 3 times and was named Employee of the Year in 1999. He especially liked spending time with his “Dahee Bruce” and helping the park rangers (Mary Jane Burnett, Robert Thomas, Doris (Hillary) Dixon) with work in the campground. Dales soft spoken words, infectious smile and twinkling eyes will be remembered and missed by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Andrew McAfee and Edna Hatcher McAfee and Eules (Jack) Felty; sister, Sherry Melinda Felty; father, Wayne Felty. Survivors include his mom and “Dahee”, Jo Ann and Bruce Willocks; brother, Rick Felty of Loudon; sister and brother-in-law, Lissa Felty Goodman and Randy Goodman of Maryville; special nephew and niece, Dion and JoLynn Felty; nephews, Dustin Hawkins and Blaine Felty; niece, Allison Harris of Dixon, TN; grandmother, Mary (Mae) Felty; sister-in-law, Dana Felty; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was God’s special angel and everyone’s friend. A Celebration of Life will be at 7:00 p.m. Friday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Arp officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Salem Cemetery for the interment service. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. Friday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Area 15 Special Olympics, 316 S.
