HENSLEY, SR., JIMMY DALE age 63 of Knoxville passed away at his home March 14, 2008. Jimmy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and served as a Branch President and High Councilman. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Cates Hensley; brother, Troy Hensley and sister, Judy Covington. Survivors: wife, Shirley Hensley; mother, Ora Mae Hensley Weaver and husband, Paul; children and spouses, Debbie and Marty Hodges, Jimmy Dale Jr. and Elisa Hensley, Amy and Jeff Stiles; step-children, Robin Wheeler, Tina Kahl and husband Keith, Leslie Crawford; grandchildren, Lauren Stiles, Dylan Hodges, Austin Stiles, Jalene Hensley, Janele Hensley, Dalton Stiles, Jacob Wheeler, Madison Kahl, A.J. Crawford, Charli Crawford; sister, Vassie Monroe; aunts, Leoda McCoy and Shirley Brooks; uncle, Fred Renner; nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends 4:45 to 6:45 pm Monday with funeral services to follow at 7 pm in the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel with Bishop Tom Clapp officiating and President Ben Morgenegg presiding. Family and friends will meet at 11 am Tuesday at Caledonia Presbyterian Church Cemetery for graveside services and interment.
