She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Cromwell; parents, Clark and Ressie Adams; brothers, Floyd and Kern Adams; father and mother-in-law, Arthur and Elsie Cromwell. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy Jr. (Bimbo) and Sherry Cromwell, Ricky and Brenda Cromwell, Danny and Melissa Cromwell; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Clark Jr. and Frances Adams; brother, Harry Adams; brother and sister-in-law, Ralph and Brenda Adams; brother, John Adams; sisters and brothers-in-law, Joan and Bernard Myers, Joyce and Bill Cromwell; sister, Anna Mae Conner; sister and brother-in-law, Dawn and Jack Reagan; special sisters-in-law, Phylis Myers and Sugie Inman. Funeral service will be 8 p.m. Friday, May 14, 2010, at Friendly Hill Baptist Church, 556 Lovers Lane, Townsend, with the Rev. Fate Green and The Rev. Danny Buchanan officiating. Interment will be 11 a.m. Saturday, May 15, 2010, at Tuckaleechee United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. Friday at the church.
