She was a lifetime member of New Hopewell Baptist Church and a 1944 graduate of Young High School. Preceded in death by husband, Claude V. (Bill) Loveday; parents, Raymond and Bertha Deaderick; brothers, Oakley, Elbert and Ernest Deaderick; sisters, Barbara (Burkhart) Swaggerty and Nell Rauhuff. Survivors She is survived by daughters, B. Ellen Hadaway (Ken), Claudia J. Henderson (Earl) and Armintha “Moochie” Loveday; grandchildren, Keith Burnett (Kim), Amy Henderson, Travis Henderson (Whitney); great-grandchildren, Kaleb and Keaton Burnett, Isabella and Olivia Henderson; sisters, Armintha A. Collins and Bertha G. Beeler; several nieces, nephews and special young friend, Hank Miller. Special thanks to Penny Woods and Yolanda Chesney of Holston Rehabilitation Center. Service Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday at New Hopewell Baptist Church, 943 Kimberlin Heights Road, with Rev. Gary Swaggerty and Rev. Elbert Deaderick, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at New Hopewell Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, East Tennessee Chapter, 2200 Sutherland Avenue, Suite H-102, Knoxville, Tennessee 37919. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM Friday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
