Woody, of Louisville, the late Esta Woody, and the late Pauline and Gene Phipps. The future bridegroom is the grandson of Ed and Margaret Kelly, of Valley, Ala., Audrey McDaniel, of Riverside, Ga., the late Jim McDaniel and the late Ted Williamson. The bride-to-be is a 2008 graduate of West High School, Morristown, a 2010 graduate of Walters State Community College and a 2013 graduate of East Tennessee State University in public health. The bridegroom-to-be is a 2008 graduate of Northwest High School, Clarksville, and a 2013 graduate of East Tennessee State University in sport and leisure management. He is commissioned as a 2nd lieutenant in the United States Army. After Officer Training School, the couple will reside at Fort Campbell, Ky.
