(Jim) England, Jr. age 81, of Claxton, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 14, 2008. He retired from Martin-Marietta after 44 years service. He was a veteran of WWII in the U.S. Marine Corp. Preceded in death by, wife, Barbara England; mother, Floy Siler England; daughter, Brenda Fox; son, Greg Hampton; grandson, James Fox; sister, Dorothy Sharp; son in law, Rev. Mark Huskey. Survivors Survivors include children, Allen Hampton and wife Nadine, Karen Hampton Bradshaw and husband Jeff, Tammy Hampton McDuffie, and Joyce England Huskey; grandchildren, Jason and Jacob Hampton, Justin and Jeremy McDuffie, Stephanie Huskey, and Greg Hampton and wife Heather; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; sisters, Mary Weatherly, Marjorie Ostborg and Matsie Anderson. Service The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. Sunday with the funeral service to follow at 2:30 p.m. in the Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel. Interment will follow in New Gray Cemetery.
