She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Ruth Townsend; brothers, James, Bobby and Harrison Townsend; great-grandchildren, Kobie and Kali Rudd. Survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Eddie Rudd; son, Tony Grant; grandchildren, Chris and Corey Rudd, Forrest and Kaylee Grant; great-grandchild, Alex Rudd; brothers and sisters-in-law, Joe and Shirley Townsend, Lewis and Geraldine Townsend; sisters, Imogene Beavers and Johnnie Robinson; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 27, 2013, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Highland South Funeral Home with funeral services following at 8 p.m. with Gregory Beavers officiating. Graveside services will be conducted at noon Friday, June 28, 2013, at Highland South Memorial Park. Donations may be made to the Humane Society and/or the Breast Cancer Society.
